The performance is filled with harmony expressed through precise movements and the emotions are perfectly transmitted. Maybe I am biased because I lived in Pécs and was a ballet dancer for 9 years. In these situations, we tend to think that we are better, even if it is professionally not true. Personally, I appreciated the beauty, the elegance and the message of the performances and the Ballet of Pécs fulfilled all of these. The city of Pécs and ballet probably will always have a huge part in my heart.
In contrast to their performance on Monday, the Central European Dance Theatre took my heart by storm with their performance Verso. At the same time, I did not think of it as a modern dance performance but rather as a dance theatre performance. All in all, I liked it and I think that it was creatively designed.
